BEARDO APE-X TRIMMER - WARRANTY

1. What is our Warranty Policy?

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase/invoice
and expires at the end of 12 months.

2. How long does the resolution process take?

The resolution can take up to 10 working days once the product under warranty is returned to us. 
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to processing the claim 
under the warranty.

3. What is covered under the Warranty Policy?

3.1. Defective product and/or attachments. Excludes Blades, Cutting Units, Shaver Heads & 
Foils.
3.2. Physical damage to product upon receipt of product.
3.3. Damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
3.4. The warranty does not cover consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data 
or loss of income), nor compensation for activities done by yourself, such as regular 
maintenance.
3.5. Defective Items - Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on 
support@beardo.in within 10 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order 
number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item 
collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective 
attachment and/or product at our cost.
Note: Any claim without collecting the defective item will not be valid. For any questions, please

4. Warranty excludes or does not apply if:

4.1. The proof-of-purchase/ invoice has been altered in any way or is made illegible.
4.2. The model number, serial number or production date code on the product has been altered, 
removed or made illegible.
4.3. Repairs or product modifications have been carried out by unauthorized service 
organizations or persons.
4.4. The defect is the result of excessive use outside the intended purpose. Example- commercial 
uses.
4.5. The defect is caused by abuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in 
conformance with the user manual of the product.
4.6. The defect is caused by connecting peripherals, additional equipment or accessories other 
than those recommended in the user manual.
4.7. The unit has been damaged, including but not limited to damage by animals, lightning, 
abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation or water (unless the user manual 
expressly states that the product may be rinsed)
