30-Day Money Back Policy – Terms and Conditions

We are committed to delivering quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

---1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1. This 30-Day Money Back Policy (“Policy”) applies solely to products purchased through our official website or authorized online sales channels.

1.2. Requests for a refund under this Policy must be submitted in writing to support@beardo.in, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

1.3. The Policy is valid only for individual retail consumers. Products purchased in bulk or for commercial, promotional, or resale purposes are expressly excluded.

1.4. Refunds will be processed only once per customer per product. Repeat or abusive claims may result in disqualification from future refunds or product purchases.

---2. Return and Refund Procedure

2.1. To initiate a return, customers must first obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service team. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

2.2. Products must be returned in their original condition, along with all original packaging, accessories, user manuals, and any promotional items received at the time of purchase.

2.3. Refunds will be processed only after a thorough inspection of the returned product by our quality control team.

2.4. Subject to inspection approval, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of return confirmation.

2.5. We reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping fees, promotional discounts, and/or restocking fees where necessary, unless prohibited by applicable law.

---3. Exclusions from PolicyThis Policy shall not apply to products that fall under any of the following categories:

  • · Physical Damage: Products exhibiting signs of damage, abuse, mishandling, or modification including dents, cracks, scratches, or other physical alterations.
  • · Water or Liquid Damage: Except for designated waterproof products (e.g., Ball Safe Trimmer), products damaged by exposure to water or other liquids are ineligible.
  • · Misuse, Negligence, or Improper Use: Including but not limited to electrical overloads, failure to follow usage instructions, or excessive wear and tear.
  • · Missing Components: Any return that does not include all original parts, such as charging cables, attachments, or covers.
  • · Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any product that has been serviced, altered, or tampered with by third parties not authorized by us.
  • · Multiple or Fraudulent Claims: Customers submitting multiple refund requests, or suspected of fraudulent activity, may be disqualified from the Policy.
  • · Commercial Purchases: This Policy is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use.

---4. Proof of Purchase Requirement

4.1. All refund claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation email).

4.2. In the absence of such documentation, we reserve the right to deny any refund request.

5.1. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the returned product does not match the product originally shipped (based on serial number, batch code, or visual inspection).

5.2. If the returned item is found to be counterfeit, tampered with, or substituted, the refund will be denied, and appropriate legal action may be initiated.

6.1. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

10.2. Our total aggregate liability under this Policy shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11.2. The courts located in Ahmedabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy.
