To Enter into the Program the participants have to make an entry in the following manner (hereinafter “Mechanism”):

1. Spin the Wheel and use the winning code on your Purchase on the cart or checkout section.
2. Purchase a minimum of Rs. 299/- (inclusive of all taxes) order value of Beardo Products from website www.beardo.in during the Program Period (“Qualifying Purchase”) & undertake to take delivery of the same to be able to use the coupon codes received in Spin Wheel.
3. Further, the Participant that lands on the "Beardo Ticket”, get a 40% off on their current order and will be eligible to enter into the Royal Enfield  Contest.
4. The participants with the Beardo ticket, will be eligible to win a Royal Enfield HUNTER (“Reward”). The selection of the Winning Contestant who will receive the Reward, shall be basis a lucky draw, which will be conducted independently and on a random basis.
5. The Reward is non-transferable.
6. The Winning Contestant will be contacted by Beardo or its authorised representatives via phone, Direct Message on the Social Media Platform(s) and/or in a manner deemed fit by Beardo. The Winning Contestant’s name will be posted on the social media handle/page of Beardo.
7. Winning Contestant WILL BE ANNOUNCED AFTER 45 DAYS OF THE END DATE i.e., by 13th OCTOBER 2023.
8. According to applicable law, the Winning Contestant shall bear 31.2% amount of reward value as gift tax.
9. The winning contestant shall provide necessary documents & agree within 48 hours of announcement to pay the required tax amount, failing which the Winning Contestant shall be disqualified from the process and another Winning Contestant shall be announced. After confirmation by the Winning Contestant, they shall make the payment of tax within 15 days from such date of confirmation. If gift tax payment is not made within the stipulated time, the reward stands forfeited. In the event the Winning Contestant does not make the payment of gift tax within 15 days from such date of confirmation, they shall not be entitled to the Reward and another Winning Contestant will be announced.
10. All applicable taxes/levies and charges (including but not limited to gift tax, registration charges, insurance etc. where applicable) on Reward will be the responsibility of the Winning Contestant & Beardo will only bear the base cost viz., ex-showroom price of the Reward,
11. Awarding of Reward is subject to verification of Winning Contestant’s eligibility and identity to Beardo’s reasonable satisfaction. A PAN card copy is mandatory for Rewards worth INR 10,000 or more. The Winning Contestant will also be required to prove his/her age and residence proof, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Program. The selected Participants need to respond to the email within 7 working days from receiving the email with the above requested information and documents. Beardo reserves the right to disqualify individual Participants from the contest if it has reasons to believe that the participant has indulged in infringement of the rules of participation, misinformation about identity or influencing the Program/Royal Enfield Contest, such as use of unfair technological means or manipulation of entry requirements.
12. In case of product returns or cancellation, of the Qualifying Purchase, the entry of the participant to the Program shall be null and void. In case a participant has been declared as the winner prior to cancellation or product return, such a participant shall be disqualified.
13. The decision of the Beardo regarding any aspect of the Program or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. If Beardo identifies or has reasonable suspicion that the Participant has used unfair or suspicious ways to share link or induce hits on the referral link, Beardo will immediately disqualify such Participant.
14. Beardo states that it uses technology in good faith to determine the Winning Contestant. The use of technology by Beardo or any results thereof shall not be subject to challenge by any participant or third party. By entering the contest, you agree to such terms.    
15. Except where prohibited, winner may be requested to take part in any publicity resulting from this contest. Entry to the Program signifies acceptance of any publicity activity as a result of winning a Reward. Refusal to take part in any reasonable publicity activity advised by Promoter entitles Promoter to withdraw the Reward and award it elsewhere. Publicity related to this Program will at a minimum include the release of winner’s name to those who contact Promoter to obtain the name of the winner.
16. All Rewards under this promotion are subject to availability and the manufactures’ warranties/ restrictions. does not guarantee and make any representation about the quality, merchantability, availability, delivery, usefulness, worthiness and character of the Rewards and Organizer shall be not held responsible if the same are in any way found to be defective.  Organizer shall not entertain any communication in this regard. The manufacturers will continue to be liable for the Rewards, wherever applicable and in case of any defect in the Reward, the Participants should contact the manufacturer directly. Each Reward will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied.
17. Reward images above are only for representation, final Reward colour may vary.
18. Participant cannot encash money in lieu of the Reward.
19. Beardo shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access to user data and/or for any compromise on private / confidential user related, or any other data, including but not limiting to user ids, email address, names, or any other user related details.
20. In case of any network failure, technical problem and/or for any reasons whatsoever, Beardo reserves the right to change the Mechanism and/or cease from accepting the Entries of the persons, or take such necessary steps as it may deem fit.
21. The Reward does not include any expenses, costs, etc. incurred by the Winning Contestant(s) and the Winning Contestant(s) shall be responsible for any and all expenses of personal nature being incurred by the Winning Contestant(s) to avail the Reward and/or incurred otherwise.
22. After the Winning Contestant(s) are announced, the Winning Contestant(s) are required to approach Beardo and confirm the acceptance of the Reward, in a manner as determined by Beardo along with providing details, copies of citizenship proof, date of birth proof, identity and address proofs, and all other documents as required by the Beardo and would also be required to sign a release letter in the format required by Beardo.
23. The selection of the Entries, mode of acceptance either in full or in part and or the selection of the Winning Contestant(s) shall be the sole discretion of Beardo.

The Program is being organised by Zed Lifestyle Private Limited (“Beardo”/ “Organizer”) for promotion of its products displayed on the website – www.beardo.in, for its customers who have shown trust and faith in our brand “Beardo” and its products.

This Program is open for all Indian Citizens residing in India except Tamil Nadu and other states as provided under applicable law. Participant shall be above the age of 18 years and meet the eligibility criteria as enumerated herein.

The Program Specific Rules and Regulations and General Rules and Regulations (collectively referred to as “Rules and Regulations”) shall be binding on each participant (“Participant(s)”) in the Program. The aforesaid Rules and Regulations are set out hereunder as follows:

1. Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Program. You agree that, by participating in this Program, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&C’s are in addition to Beardo’s Terms of Use, Refund Policies and Privacy Policy.
2. This is a limited period program which starts at 13:00hrs on August 26, 2023 and ends at 11:59 hrs on August 31, 2023 (“Program Period”).
3. The Products eligible for this promotion are all Beardo products purchased through www.beardo.in during the Program Period.
4. Participant who enters the Royal Enfield Contest must be above 18 years of age and have a valid driving license, failing which they shall not be entitled to the Reward or any other compensation in lieu thereof.

5. Winning Contestant of the Royal Enfield Contest shall receive a Royal Enfield Bike (“Reward”).

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Beardo reserves a right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions etc. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participants to check the rules and regulations of the Program on the website of Beardo.
2. This Program cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer/discounts which may be applicable on the other products of Beardo.
3. In case the Participant wishes to contact Beardo for any reason whatsoever, on support@beardo.in email id. Any attempt to contact any officer of Beardo or any of its personnel would not be entertained and could lead to the claim of the Participant being rejected.
4. The Participant(s) hereby agree(s) and confirm(s) that mere announcement/declaration of being selected as a Participant(s) will not entitle the Participant(s) to the Reward.
5. Nothing in the Program or in the advertising/promotional material relating to the Program shall be deemed to be a permission to use or claim any right or interest in the respective intellectual property rights of Beardo.
6. Beardo is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any injury, death, mental trauma caused to the Participant(s) in any manner whatsoever, in connection to the Program and/or the Royal Enfield Contest.
7. Beardo shall in no manner reimburse/incur any cost, expense, losses including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss caused due to absence, etc.  arising out of the participation in the Program and/or enjoyment of the Reward, and the Participant(s) shall solely bear/incur the same.
8. Participants shall comply with these terms and conditions and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Beardo and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective owners, agents, auditors, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind relating to, resulting from or arising from this Program.
9. All decisions made by Beardo shall be final and binding on all the viewers/ Participant(s) and in no event shall the viewer/ Participant(s) shall dispute the decision made by Beardo and/or its employees in connection to the same.
10. Nothing in the Program or in the advertising/promotional material relating to the Program shall be deemed to be a permission to use or claim any right or interest in the respective intellectual property rights of Beardo.
11. All applicable taxes/levies and charges (including but not limited to gift Tax, registration charges, insurance etc. where applicable) on Reward will be the responsibility of the Participant.
12. The personal information of the Winning Contestants shall be provided by Beardo to others assisting Beardo in this regard, including its affiliates, associates, authorities, agents, sponsors, employees, Reward suppliers, distributors, deliverers and service providers (as applicable) and the Participant agrees and allows the same.
13. By participating it is deemed that the Participant(s) have read, understood, accepted and agree to abide with all the Rules and Regulations of the Program.
14. The Participant(s) shall also read, understand, accept and agree to abide with the rules and regulations of the Website.
15. Beardo is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Terms & Conditions contained herein. The Participants acknowledge that all information provided in the Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
16. Beardo may at any time, at its discretion, change these terms and conditions, the Rules and/or the Reward mentioned herein, without prior notice. Participants acknowledge that such change shall be binding upon them.
17. This Program is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Program is voluntary. By participating in the Program, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Beardo, and any of its affiliates, employees, directors or agents representing or related to Beardo and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Rewards offered under this Program, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Program, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. Further, you agree to bear all the personal taxation that might arise out of the winnings from this Program and shall not look to Beardo, and any of its employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same.
18. The terms of this Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any dispute or any other matter arising in reference to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Ahmedabad, India

T&C for the Beardo Spin2Win

1. Offers or Sales offered during the Program event cannot clubbed with any other offer, nor is any coupon code applicable during this Program.
2. Shipping charges are not applicable on orders above Rs.200/-. This is subject to change at the sole discretion of Beardo. 
3. For Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders, additional cash handling charges are applicable. COD orders are not eligible for refund.
4. The offers provided in the Spin2Win Program are for consumers only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by any person for the purpose of resale.
5. A customer cannot order more than 2 units/SKU during the sale.
6. Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products or wrong sizes.
7. Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons, they will only be re-shipped after sending a query on support@beardo.in.
8. Beardo will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/incorrect/damaged products) are received by the customer. Customer must provide photographs/recording if unsealed products are received.
9. The customer must send a picture of the invoice and products within 7 Days  of receipt in case of damaged products for refund to be processed.
10. The Cash on Delivery facility is not available on orders exceeding Rs. 2000. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the terms, conditions, limitations and requirements in:
